Originally from Central and Eastern Europe, odorus inula is part of the Asteraceae family, along with camomiles. Odorus inula essential oil is very difficult to distill and very powerful. It is emerald green in color and has an odor similar to iris.

Inhalation (Odorus inula essential oil combined with other essential oils):
- Ionic or nebulizer diffusion
- Dry or steam inhalation
Using on the skin diluted (Odorus inula essential oil combined with one or more vegetable oils, or a neutral cream or gel): percentage to be adjusted based on needs and ages.
