Can Peppermint oil be used internal, for example like tea?

Hello,
For this essential oil, we recommend 1 to 3 drops per day in a teaspoon of vegetable oil for 2 to 3 days maximum.
Since essential oils are not missible in water, it will be more difficult to use it in a tea, especially since the latter is often drunk hot and the heat alters the properties of Essential Oils.
