Les eaux florales, au niveau réglementaire doivent être classées en alimentaire ou en cosmétique. Nous avons opté pour la cosmétique et ne pouvons donc les conseiller en alimentaire.
L'eau florale de fleur d'oranger doit être classée en alimentaire pour être utilisée en pâtisserie.
