Lavandin is a natural hybrid of female true lavender and male spike lavender. Lavandin essential oil is closest to lavender in its scent and composition, but it has a less delicate smell. The essential oil provides a fragrance that is very fresh and slightly camphoric.

Recommendations: do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Cannot substitute a healthy diet associated to a healthy way of life. Contains camphor. Keep out of reach of children. Suitable only for adults. Do not use on pregnant or breastfeeding women. Store away from light and heat.

DIETARY SUPPLEMENT. Recommended daily portion: 1 drop per day (equivalent to 45mg) during maximum 2 to 3 days in a teaspoon of vegetable oil.
