The leaves of the ravintsara plant are distilled to create the essential oil. The fact that the plant grows in Madagascar gives it a different chemical composition and therefore entirely different properties from the camphor tree, which is the same plant but grows in other areas. Ravintsara essential oil is very close to mandravasarotra essential oil.

Recommendations: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Cannot substitute a healthy diet associated to a healthy way of life. Keep out of reach of children. Suitable only for adults. Do not use on pregnant or breastfeeding women. Store away from light and heat.

DIETARY SUPPLEMENT. Recommended daily portion: 1 to 2 drops per day (equivalent to 45 to 90mg) during maximum 4 to 5 days in a teaspoon of vegetable oil.
